Referral Program Terms

Effective March 9, 2026

1. Introduction

Spendify's Referral Rewards Program ("Program") allows eligible customers to earn monetary rewards by referring new users to Spendify. Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions ("Terms"), which Spendify Money LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our") reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate at any time without prior notice.

These Terms are subject to all terms and conditions of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by this reference.

By participating in the Program, you ("Referrer") agree to comply with these Terms. We retain full discretion to determine eligibility and participation in the Program.

2. Eligibility

To participate as a Referrer and earn payouts, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be a paid or trialing Spendify user at the time of referral. Referrers who have received a refund on their subscription fee are ineligible.
You must reside in the United States.
You must have an active Spendify subscription at the time of receiving the Payout, regardless of the payment platform (App Store, Google Play, or web billing).

Once you have satisfied the eligibility requirements, you can refer individuals who have not previously signed up for or created a Spendify account by sending them your personal referral link, provided to you by Spendify in-product in your account ("Referral Link"). You may share your Referral Link via email, text message, social media, and other tools we may provide, but only in accordance with the requirements specified with respect to each such tool.

To qualify as a "Valid Referral," the referred user ("Referee") must:

Sign up for a Spendify account using the Referrer's Referral Link.
Connect at least one financial account to Spendify.
Subscribe to a paid Spendify annual plan (through any platform — App Store, Google Play, or web billing).
Complete their first annual subscription payment, which must be finalized and no longer eligible for a refund or chargeback.
Reside in the United States.

We reserve the right to deny referral Payouts if we determine, at our sole discretion, that:

The Referee does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above, or
The Referrer or Referee is flagged for fraudulent activity or misconduct as described in Section 4.

3. Referral Rewards & Payouts

3.1 Rewards

So long as all eligibility criteria are met, the Referrer will receive a set reward to be determined solely by us for every Valid Referral (the "Payout"), subject to the annual Payout limit.
The Referee will receive 50% off their first 3 months of their subscription plan.

3.2 Payout Process

We partner with Tremendous to process and distribute referral Payouts.
Once the Referee meets all eligibility criteria, we will send an email containing a redemption link to the Referrer to claim the reward.
The date we send the initial reward email is considered the Payout date. We do not have further responsibility for issues occurring on Tremendous's platform after the initial reward email is sent.

3.3 Annual Reward Cap

Referrers can earn up to $300 per calendar year (January 1 – December 31), with each Payout being a set reward per Valid Referral, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
Referrals beyond this limit do not carry over to the following year.
At the start of each calendar year (January 1st), the Payout count resets and the Referrer can then begin earning rewards again for new referrals.

3.4 Third-Party Processing & Limitation of Liability

We rely on Tremendous to process Payouts. We are not responsible for any issues, delays, or errors occurring on Tremendous's platform.

Tremendous has its own fraud prevention mechanisms. In the case that Tremendous flags a Payout as fraudulent, we have the ability to approve or deny it.

Once we send the initial reward email with the link to the Tremendous platform, the Payout is considered processed, and we hold no further responsibility for Payout issues.

We are not responsible for:

Technical failures, errors, bugs, or delays in Tremendous's platform.
Fraudulent or unintended referrals leading to ineligibility.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

We reserve the right to cancel, revoke, or withhold rewards in our sole discretion for any reason including, but not limited to, if a participant violates these Terms or engages in suspicious activity.

3.5 Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ALL DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS, AND RELEASES (AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS) IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY TO ENGAGEMENT WITH THE PROGRAM.

3.6 Taxes

Taxes related to this offer are solely your responsibility. Consult with your tax advisor about the appropriate tax treatment for this offer and any tax implications associated with receipt of the Payout before participating in the Program.

4. Fraud Prevention & Ineligibility

We strictly prohibit fraudulent activities and reserve the right to disqualify any participants engaging in misconduct, including but not limited to:

Self-referrals or attempts to create multiple accounts.
Using fraudulent payment methods (e.g., stolen credit cards).
A high number of the Referrer's referees initiating refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

If we detect suspicious refund or dispute activity related to a Referrer's referrals, the Referrer:

Will be deemed ineligible for the Payout.
Will be permanently disqualified from participating in the Program.
Will not receive further details regarding the decision-making process.

Our decisions regarding fraud, eligibility, and payout approvals are final and not subject to appeal.

5. Program Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to:

Modify the Program's terms, eligibility criteria, or payout structure at any time.
Suspend or terminate the Program without prior notice.
Adjust referral Payouts or impose additional conditions to prevent abuse.

Continued participation in the Program after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
